1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a legal agreement between you and the operator of Free Cash Calculator ("we," "us," or "our"), the independent publisher of freecashcalculator.com (the "site"). By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. If you are using the site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.

3. What Free Cash Calculator is

Free Cash Calculator is a free collection of online financial calculators and related explanations. The calculators run in your browser and give you an estimated result based on the numbers you enter. The site is provided for general educational and planning purposes. There are no accounts to create, nothing to buy, and no subscriptions. We may add, change, schedule, or remove calculators and features over time.

4. Not financial, tax, or legal advice

This is the most important thing to understand about the site. Free Cash Calculator does the math, and only the math. Nothing on the site is financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice, and using it does not create a professional or advisory relationship. The calculators cannot know your full circumstances, such as your exact rates, contracts, taxes, local rules, or tolerance for risk. Treat every result as a starting point for your own thinking, and confirm any important decision with a qualified professional who can consider your specific situation. You are solely responsible for the decisions you make.

5. Accuracy of results

We take accuracy seriously: every calculator uses a shared, tested math library and is checked against independent reference calculations before it goes live, and each page shows the formula it uses so you can check the work. Even so, results are estimates and may not match the figures a lender, bank, employer, or tax authority produces, because those parties apply details and conventions a general tool cannot know. We do not warrant that any result is accurate, complete, or suitable for your particular purpose. If you spot a mistake, please tell us through the contact page so we can fix it.

6. Acceptable use

Please use the site fairly. You agree not to:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the site, its servers, or its security, including denial-of-service activity;
• probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site or breach its security or authentication measures without our permission;
• use automated means to access the site in a way that places an unreasonable load on it, or that ignores measures we use to limit automated access;
• scrape or copy the site's content on a large scale to republish it as a competing collection;
• introduce malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data; or
• misrepresent your identity to abuse the contact form or our systems.

Normal personal use, occasional saving or sharing of a result, and reasonable linking to our pages are all welcome.

7. Our content and your license to use the site

The site itself, including its design, text, layout, code, branding, and the specific way each calculator and explanation is presented, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the site for your own personal, non-commercial planning. You may share links to our pages and use a result for your own purposes. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the site's content as your own, or remove any notices.

The underlying mathematical formulas the calculators use are standard, well-established methods of finance and are not claimed by us as proprietary. Our rights cover our particular expression, code, and presentation, not the public math.

8. Your submissions and feedback

If you send us a message through the contact form, you keep any rights you have in it. You grant us permission to read, store, and use that message only as needed to respond to you and to operate and improve the site, as described in the Privacy Policy. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the form. If you send us suggestions or feedback, you agree we may use them to improve the site without obligation to you, and you should not include anything you consider confidential in that feedback.

9. Advertising and third-party links

The site is free and is intended to be supported by advertising, and it may earn commissions on certain outbound partner links. Advertising and paid links are provided by independent companies, are clearly labeled, and never change the result a calculator produces. The site also links to outside resources, such as government agencies. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices. Your dealings with any advertiser or linked site are between you and that party, under its own terms. Our commercial practices are described on the disclosure page.

10. Availability and changes to the service

We aim to keep the site available and working, but we do not promise it will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors. We may change, suspend, schedule, or discontinue any part of the site at any time, including individual calculators, and we are not liable to you for doing so. Because the site is free and requires no account, you will not lose paid access or stored data if a feature changes.

11. Disclaimers

The site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This includes any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any result will meet your needs. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you, and nothing in these Terms removes rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law that cannot be waived.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our owners and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, savings, or opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the site or any result it produces, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because the site is provided to you free of charge, our total liability to you for any and all claims relating to the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US $100).

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, such as liability for fraud, for willful misconduct, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any non-waivable rights you have as a consumer.

13. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs that arise out of your unlawful use of the site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of someone else's rights. This does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own conduct, and it does not require you to cover matters that mandatory consumer law does not allow us to shift to you. We will notify you of any claim we seek indemnity for and let you participate in the defense.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction, except that either of us may bring a qualifying claim in small-claims court. We would rather solve problems directly, so please contact us first and give us a chance to make it right. Nothing here overrides the mandatory consumer-protection rights of the place where you live; if a mandatory local law gives you the right to bring a claim in your own courts or under your own law, this section does not take that away. We do not require arbitration and do not ask you to waive a jury trial or the ability to bring an individual claim in your local courts where the law preserves it.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date at the top. If a change is significant, we will make that clear. Changes take effect when posted (or on a later stated date), and your continued use of the site after that indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms for your use going forward. We will not apply changes retroactively to a dispute that has already arisen.

16. Stopping use and access

You may stop using the site at any time; because there is no account, there is nothing to cancel. We may limit, suspend, or block access to the site, in whole or in part, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or to protect the site, its users, or others, or to comply with law. The sections that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will continue to apply after you stop using the site.

17. General terms

• Entire agreement. These Terms and the documents they link to (the Privacy Policy and Disclosure) are the entire agreement between you and us about the site, and they replace any earlier understanding on that subject.
• Severability. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect, and the unenforceable part will be limited only as far as necessary.
• No waiver. If we do not enforce a provision, that is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them to a successor of the site, in which case they continue to apply.
• Force majeure. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
• No agency or third-party beneficiaries. These Terms do not create any partnership or agency between us, and they do not give rights to anyone who is not a party to them.
• Headings. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect meaning.
